Stone fruits and coconut aromas are complimented by a creamy mouthfeel that offers a full palate of blood orange and mango. This is not your Grandma’s butter-oak bomb, but a balanced food wine that has undergone 50% malolactic fermentation to maintain an acid focus. Transferred directly from our press into French oak barrels, it has touched no steel tanks or adjuncts (staves or oak chips), this French-style Chardonnay is sure to please.
