Our 2008 Verismo Merlot is lightly blended with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah to produce an exceptionally delicious wine. It has tempting aromas of crisp fresh berries, red currants, and light asian spices. This feels very round and supple with hints of mocha, cassis, and vanilla bean. This is Verismo's first Merlot, and we are pleased with the results. Any true wine connoiseur needs to have a bottle of this on hand.

Our 2008 Stella Rose is made in the traditional French Style from 100% Syrah Grapes. The Syrah's early harvest ensures a delicate, well balanced, smooth palate. The Rose carries essences of strawberries and kiwi, which adds a graceful mouth feel and a touch of elegance to an everyday lunch.

The 2006 Stretto has a rich ruby colour with aromas of ripe Bing Cherries, blueberries, and rose petals with sweet vanilla accents. This wine has a supple mouth feel on entry that highlights barrel spice, red fruits, and jammy flavours. It has a beatuifully well balanced finish of soft oak infused tannins.

The 2007 Malbec is a rich and concentrated with aromas of blackberry bramble, violets, and spice. The lush palate is layered with ripe flavors of black cherries, plums, and dark chocolate. With it's distinctive ink-like colour, the wine is framed by mouth coating tannins and followed by an incredibly long silky finish. This stunning Malbec is built to last for years to come!

Stretto is the overlapping of voices in Italian Opera. Like it's namesake, Stretto is a complex wine with overlapping flavors which is bold and full on the palate with hints of cherry blossoms, cassis, and blackberries. This is an exceedingly versatile wine and can be easily pair with smoke meats, pastas, and stews.
